Product Description

The Reversible Drum Automatic Batching Plant has a mixer output of 16 to 18 cuM. It has a batch mixing time of 120 sec per batch aided by a 15 HP geared motor. The control system either fully automatic or manual type. It has got a robust chassis made of steel frame. A 7.5 HP motor feeds aggregate from storage bins to the mixer via a 700 mm wide conveyor belt. A pneumatic control system facilitates the opening and closing of the gates. Cement from recharge hopper of capacity 250 kg is delivered by a screw conveyor of 220 mm diametre and 7 meter in length monitored by a I type load cell. Water dozing is from a 120 Ltr tank capacity powered by 1HP submersible pump monitored by a I type load cell. It has got a PLC based B and R control panel with pen drive for batch print. The total power consumption is 32.5 Kw with cement
